Jeffery Reppucci
Co-Founder & President

If there was one word to capture the essence of Jeffrey Reppucci it would be energy. Jeffrey graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Russian Studies and as class Valedictorian. Jeffrey is a National Truman Scholar, representing the state of Massachusetts, and was a teammate of Derek’s on the Holy Cross Men’s Ice Hockey Team. Jeffrey was the recipient of the BNY Mellon Wealth Management National Hockey Humanitarian Award in 2014, presented at the NCAA Frozen Four in Philadelphia. Jeffrey is very passionate about the work of SHCAB, and is committed to a career in community development and human services.

Derek R. Kump
Co-Founder

Derek's tremendous discipline, determination, and wit have been foundational for SHCAB's growth and projects over the past 3 years. Derek played 4 years as goalie on the Holy Cross Men's Ice Hockey Team, and graduated in 2014 Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Economics. For his work in building SHCAB, Derek was presented with the Presidential Medal of Service by Holy Cross's President and Deans. Derek brings tremendous organization, efficiency, and savvy to all of his work in SHCAB projects and our domestic arm, Working for Worcester.
